To improve customer onboarding success we needed to make it easy for clients to get 1-on-1 support.

TechInsights' collection of semiconductor analysis and market data is extensive and continually growing. For new customers and users, learning how reports are organized and categorized is key to discovering relevant content. Onboarding is a high-touch process led by Customer Engagement Managers to speed time-to-value through small group or 1:1 sessions.
