Part of my work with clients has always been to increase the emotional qualities of the products and the out-of-box experience in order to deliver greater overall customer satisfaction and build greater brand loyalty.  Designing and developing everything about the product provides opportunity to enhance the custom value proposition at many different consumer touchpoint . The imagery, graphics, packaging, product tags, instruction manuals and website animations all contribute an out-of-box experience is more than just the product.
It adds to the emotional component of the brand where the whole of the experience is greater than the sum of the parts.
